    Erin Tilton, President Erin is an associate at Hopping, Green & Sams, P.A., where her practice focuses on natural resources and land use law. She graduated from Boston College in 2010 with degrees in Biology and Hispanic Studies, and from Stetson University College of Law in 2013 with a Certificate of Concentration in Environmental Law.     Chevonne Christian, President-Elect Chevonne is the Deputy Chief Attorney in the Office of General Counsel, the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco at the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Prior to that, Chevonne worked in the Division of Certified Public Accounting, as one of the Department’s Rules Attorneys and assisted in appellate matters across multiple divisions. Before joining DBPR, Chevonne prosecuted criminal offenses as an Assistant State Attorney in the Second Judicial Circuit. Chevonne is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Law and has served on the Tallahassee Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section Board since March 2015.

    Sarah Sandy, Treasurer Sarah is an associate at Hopping, Green & Sams, P.A., in their Community Development District practice group. Her practice focuses on counseling indenture trustees, bondholders and Community Development Districts on matters involving land secured, tax-exempt debt. She graduated from Florida State University in 2006 with degrees in History and Political Science, from Stetson University College of Law in 2012, and from University of Florida Levin College of Law with a LL.M. in Taxation in 2013.     Cayelan Loucks, Secretary Cayelan is a sixth generation Tallahasseean. She attended Florida State University and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs with a minor in Spanish. She then attended Stetson University College of Law. At Stetson, she was a member of the mock trial team and received her JD in 2014. She currently practices criminal law as an Assistant State Attorney for the 2nd Judicial Circuit.

    Alyssa Wilson, Immediate Past President Alyssa Wilson attended the University of Florida for both law school and undergraduate studies before beginning her legal career in Tallahassee. She joined YLS to meet fellow local young attorneys and establish connections in the Tallahassee area. Alyssa is an associate at Hopping Green and Sams, P.A. where she works with special districts on issues related to local government law and public financing.

    Tabitha Harnage Tabitha Harnage is a Senior Attorney with the Department of Financial Services, where she represents the Department in workers' compensation compliance, medical services, and Special Disability Trust Fund cases. Tabitha graduated from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama after completing her undergraduate degree at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. While in law school, Tabitha participated in the Mediation Clinic where she assisted low income clients resolve various legal issues outside of the courtroom. She was also a member of the moot court team and studied abroad through Gonzaga University's Law's International Human Rights Program in Florence, Italy.     Angela Huston Angela received her Bachelor's Degree in 2010 from UCF in Accounting with a minor in Criminal Justice. In 2012 she received her JD from FSU College of Law. Since graduation, Angela has practiced in the area of state tax regulations. She is currently an Assistant General Counsel with the Department of Revenue. She has been a member of the Young Lawyers Section Board of Directors since 2015.

    Adam Komisar Adam has spent his career specializing in all aspects of criminal law. Prior to joining Jansen and Davis, he was employed as an Assistant State Attorney prosecuting thousands of criminal cases in Tallahassee Florida. Prior to serving as an Assistant State Attorney Adam graduated from Lawton Chiles High School, the University of Florida College of Business, and eventually the University of Florida College of Law with Cum Laude Honors

    Michael Larson Michael is a partner in Akerman LLP's appellate practice group, where his practice focuses on complex civil and administrative appeals. Michael previously worked as a litigator in New York City at an international law firm. He earned his B.A., summa cum laude, in Economics from Emory University and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law. Michael became a member of the YLS Board of Directors in 2016.

    Ashley Lukis Ashley is an associate at GrayRobinson, P.A., where she practices general civil litigation on behalf of private clients as well as state and local government entities. Ashley also practices administrative law on behalf of private and public clients, and has represented both property owners and condemning authorities in eminent domain cases.     Ian McDonald Ian graduated from the FSU College of Law in 2012.     Mark Nonni Mark grew up in Mobile, Alabama and Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2005 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance. Mark continued his studies at Florida State University College of Law, graduating cum laude in 2008. While in law school, Mark was a member of the Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law and the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy, as well as a certified legal intern with the FSU Public Interest Law Center, where he assisted low income clients with a wide range of family law issues. He also served as a law clerk intern to The Honorable L. Clayton Roberts of Florida’s First District Court of Appeal. Mark is now a member of The Florida Bar as well as The Georgia Bar, and he was made a partner at Barrett, Fasig & Brooks when he was just 29 years old. Mark and his partners host the popular weekly legal call-in show “Law Call” on WCTV Channel 6, the local CBS affiliate.

      Craig Richards Craig is an associate at The Law Office of Brian C. Keri, P.A. He attended Florida State University and obtained a dual Bachelor’s degree of Arts and Science, majoring in International Affairs, Economics, and Inter-disciplinary Social Sciences. He later graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in 2014.       Carter Scott Carter was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Florida State University College of Law. Carter is an associate attorney at Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley where he specializes in complex civil litigation involving wrongful death and catastrophic injury. At the age of 28, Mr. Scott became one of the youngest attorneys in the United States admitted to both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.     Kyle Sill Kyle is a Senior Law Clerk for Judge Susan L. Kelsey at the First District Court of Appeal. He is also an adjunct professor at Florida State University College of Law, where he teaches International Sales and Arbitration; and he coaches the law school's Vis Moot Court team. Kyle has written articles and presented on advocacy, persuasion, international sales law, and Florida law. He began his legal career as a law professor in Clermont-Ferrand, France, where he taught international and United States law to French and European students. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville and received his B.S. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. Kyle has been a member of the Board since 2017.

    Mallory Neumann Mallory is a second year law student at Florida State University College of Law. She has a B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida and is interested in food law and environmental law. In law school she has interned with the Florida House of Representatives, UCLA School of Law Resnick Program for Food Law and Policy, Harvard Law School National Farm Bill Consortium, and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

    Allison Beattie Allison is a first year student at Florida State University College of Law. She received her B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University and has work experience in criminal law and finance law. Allison has an in-house externship with Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. this summer.

    Elise Berry Elise is finishing up her first year at Florida State University College of Law. She received her B.S. in Psychology at Florida State University and has experience working in criminal, appellate, and family law as a legal assistant.
